■ Application terms

    Please agree to the following items and apply.

  1 Organizers do not take any responsibility other than first aid in case of injury, loss,

    or other accidents.

  2 Applicants can not cancel after applying.

  3 The organizer will not make a refund after applying.

  4 The organizer will not refund or postpone the event if it is canceled due to bad weather

    or weather change.

  5 Videos, photos, articles, records, etc. during the tournament TV, newspaper, magazines,

    web, etc. The right to publish on the web belongs to the organizer.

■ Personal information handling

  Participant's personal information will be used for sending mail, writing in the program,

  and releasing records (HP, newspaper etc.).

  Up to 3rd in each class

  (There is no class award divided only for mixed male and female teams)

 

■ Prizes

  ・ Affiliation award to all participating players

  ・ Record certificate for all finish teams

  ・ A commendation medal to all individuals in all winning teams

  ・ Certificate of merit and winning cup for all winning teams

  ・ A commendation medal for all section winners of each class

  ・ Employed for the costume entertainment award, commendation
